As a prospective client, your organisation can expect an obligation free, structured, pre-sales engagement from an experienced ERP project manager.

How? 

Our pre sales engagement process encompasses;

  • An Initial Project Assessment; This is an obligation FREE, onsite assessment of your existing "pain point" and strategic objectives for implementing an ERP. This allows Liveware to prepare a project plan and prepare the neccessary proof of concept demonstrations.

  • Proof of Concept; Liveware will present a working demonstration of key functional areas, together with a written solution scope, detailing the outcomes that can be expected. Liveware offers prospective clients the opportunity to speak with existing clients to appreciate first hand the results of an effective Microsoft Dynamics NAV implementation.

  • Tender Submission; Licensing, Consulting & Training recommendations. 

Whom?

Pre-Sale engagements are conducted by Liveware's project manager, Glenn Walker. Glenn is our representative who sells the solution and oversees its implementation ensuring greater accountability in the design process. Glenn's credentials include;
